Job Description

Our firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 5-15 years of experience to join our growing litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution and is interested in defending clients in personal injury and product liability matters.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Defend clients in personal injury and product liability lawsuits.
  • Develop litigation strategy and provide practical legal advice to clients.
  • Draft and argue motions, manage complex discovery, and take and defend depositions.
  • Work closely with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Assist with trial preparation and trial work.

Qualifications

  • 5-15 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience defending personal injury and product liability matters.
  • Strong case management skills with the ability to independently handle a litigation caseload.
  • Trial experience, including first-chair or second-chair experience, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
